did more work on the quests, and implemented more features to the quest manager class, so now it handles all the work that is related to the quest (before some variables were necessary, but now the quest manager handles them), now all that's left for the quest system is a way to know which quests can be combined together.

i also found a bug in the map syncing across clients which on large maps throws an error, i fixed it by only sending map generation rules and then calculating the map on the client.
