design tweaks 11-4-2019

using health bar instead of numbers, fixed problems with the UV rendering, changed the audio effects(now they are from the asset store), less dramatic visual effect (less explosions), and a lot more.

this diary update was late because i had an exam for the excellenteam project, and had to go to Haifa for the Carrier fair. All in the same week.
